when i looked out i saw about 6 14 year olds running away, when i was on the phone to the police they walked past the window again staring at me with a smug look on their faces, the police did nothing, however if i was to do something to them the law would be on their side.

do you think that is fair?

I recently bought something on ebay and paid £15 for delivery from germany. the seller used parcelforce and paid for express 24 delivery. using the tracking number this is what I get from the website,

I have since phoned them twice and the people on the phone told me they cant give me any further information on it and that there is no phone number for the office that it is at.

I have also sent 2 complaint emails using the website, with no reply.

when it finally gets delivered(if it gets delivered) will I be entitled to a full refund?

I have what appears to be a thick lump of skin on the back of my ankle which wont go away, I have tried bazuca and things like that and it get smaller but it also gets very sore, and eventually grows back to its original size which is very irritating when I am wearing shoes or trainers as they rub against it. I would like to have it checked out and removed if possible so would I be better going to see a chiropodist or a dermatologist?

me and my girlfriend have just split up and have a joint mortgage, she said she didnt want any money and was more than happy for me to keep the house on myself, however, when i applied for the mortgage origionally the bank said it had to be joint because i didnt earn enough to borrow the full amount, what will happen if i now tell them we have split up?e.g. will they tell me i need to sell the house and pay them back or will they just take her name off it? am i under any legal obligation to tell them?

hi all, i got sky about 6 months ago and got the max broadband option which is supposed to give up to 10mb download speeds, however the best i have ever got from it is 0.33mb.

has anybody else had this problem and do you think this is grounds for complaining and telling them that i want it cheaper?

i have just had sky hd installed, all normal channels are fine and most of the hd channels, however, when i put sky 1 or channel 4 hd on the picture size shrinks down to leave huge black lines around the picture, has any1 else had this and if so how did you fix it?
