?

In regards to right to refuse service... Just wondering if I was wrong for what I did or said. I am a server and they have these young guys who come in every night and act like jackasses to try to get a ride out of us servers well I told them not tonight and refused to serve them if they were going to act like that. Was I wrong?

How can I get rid of room mates?

My husband and I signed a lease and added my friend and two children on as additional occupants. My husband and I are the primary lease holders. We also wrote that there would be two animals occupying the residence. Now we moved in she allowed her husband (whom she was separated from at time of lease signing) to move in he brought their other child and two dogs. I watch another puppy for my cousin while she works.do all together there are 7 people and 5 dogs in the 3 bedroom home. How can I get her out? She is breaking the lease by allowing her husband to stay here I'm sure the landlord wouldn't give her grief for her additional child but they came her eat all my food and she struggles giving me her part of the bills as t is . My husband and I already were being nice and paying half when we should only be responsible for 2/7 of the bills. She is taking advantage of the situation. I really would like to have this done in the nicest way possible if I leave I destroy my credit we have only been here a month. I'm in gretna la or Jefferson parish if that helps as far as the laws go. Thanks

VERY LONG story.. I have caught my father cheating. I have confronted him about the issue at hand and he lied straight to my face. I have evidence I have photos and I even know others who have witnessed it happening. Only one issue the person he is cheating on is my mother someone he was has been married too for 30 years this year. The woman he is cheating with has talked to me about it she told me she knows I know about it. I have also been informed that she has spoken to my mother already and my mom knows. I have found out from more than one person my mom knows and chooses not to do anything about it. I know my father is an A$$ for doing this but I still feel I can't tell my mother for fear of betraying my father. But a part of me feels I should tell her in case she doesn't know. How do I do this? If she does know and I talk to her I could embarrass her. If I do tell her and she doesn't know I could ruin my parents relationship. I don't know what to do. I am lost and confused this is effecting my every day living having to keep this secret. I also have weighing on me that I know and if I don't tell her and she finds out from some one else I knew I could loose her trust. Can anyone help but giving me some words of advice or help me with what I should do.

I am 29 years old and got the bad gene for teeth in my family. Not all of them are bad but alot of them are. I am stuck between a rick and a hard spot. On if I should go with a partial set to just replace the ones I loose or pull them all. The Dentist said I am looking at possibly 5 left on top and 5 to 7 left on the bottom. What would you do if you were me. Now keep in mind my good teeth are not in great shape either not stained but very crooked. I would also like the opinion of people who have had theirs done.

I have a two month old lab im having trouble with a few things with him I beem having him since he was 3weeks I figured he would be picking up the routine and the concept of going out to potty but he doesnt he just goes out side runns around and wants to come back in. I usually have to sit out sidr a good 10to 15mins before he will do both deeds. I have given him praise and reward for going outside and have scolded him for going in the house by scolded I mean brought it to his attention told him he was bad. Same thing with this other issue bitting I have troed redirecting him to a toy but he woukd juat prefer my leg or foot i just want him to be well.displined. Any help welcome thanks.

I have tried nearly everything. Tried citrus cleaning products cleaned with bleach tried the double sided tape for the stickiness nothing will keep them off. I am trying to find something to put up there to keep the cats off my counter with out harming any of us.

I dropped my 2 5 Month old male kitties off at the vet on Wednesday to get neutered. They ended up being stuck there till Friday morning due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I was wondering if cats usually don't get along after being neutered or if them being stuck in the vets for 2 nights made the one cat have something against the other. They are both normally cuddly and playful but not now the one that usually cuddles is distance and hisses at his brother. The other one that is usually distance is all nice and friendly. So I am confused will they come around to each other or will they end up being mean like this for ever?

Started the car it was a very cold night and morning. showed low oil light was on. I got 6 blocks from my home heading to a store to get oil. All of a sudden I would press the gas and nothing would happen. The car was still running just wouldn't go. So I pulled over turned off the car and it wouldn't start back up. My father has changed the positive cable on the battery he thought it may have been a bad connection there. When he taps on the starter it clicks but that is all. I am worried my engine may have locked up cause there was no oil in the car at all. There was no noise when the car quit moving and this was the first morning the low oil light had come on. Can someone please help me he is talking about replacing the starter. Is there anything else that someone could tell me may be the problem before he ends up having to do all this work for nothing. Thanks

I am looking for the company to see if I can purchase a large quantity of the doubloons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
