What else to add to my low-cal. grocery list?
I especially like when you tell how many calories are in it per serving :)

tons and tons of produce. there is no such thing as too much. get as many fruits and veggies as you like and whenever you want to snack grab an apple (about 50-80 cals.) or some other fruit or veggie. be adventurous and try not so common ones like mangos, papayas, pomegranet etc
my favorites: cucumbers (awesome if you slice them up and add lemon/lime, salt, pepper, cilantro, cumin, chilli powder and any other spices you like), bananas, bell peppers (the yellow and orange are best), plums, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, cantalope (with a little bit of salt), and lots of carrots, and fresh green beans (cut the ends off, boil in water, strain, add a bit of lemon)

you can buy a weight watchers guide on ebay for cheap. it has about any food you can think of with calories and grams of fat, fiber, etc.
