do the calories in sugar free gum really count?
there's no sugar, but there's like 1% of your daily value of carbs anyways. i've heard you burn it off chewing and even walking from room to room, is this true?

there is some calories in it, but it is so small it really doesn't matter. Each stick of gum is like 5 calories. It doesn't have a real effect on your caloric intake for the day, unless you have like 5 packs a day, then you would consume a few hundred calories from gum, but I'd assume there aren't many ipeople who chew 5 packs of gum a day...lol

no. most sticks of gum are under 5 calories. out of the reccomended 2000 a day (even though many people eat way more or way less...), it's not significant enough to count towards calorie counting. it has about the same caloric content as a stick of celery. would you count that? probably not. gum is a good way to keep yourself from snacking and adding up calories too, by the way.

no, dont count those calories. its like 35 a pack. you burn those calories walking to the mailbox and opening it up. dont worry about the little 5cl things. ive been there tho and let me say its just not worth counting unless ur goin through more than 1 pack a day

well, calories is calories. but i don't think it'll make you gain any weight...
