Tips to become University Teacher!!?

Question

I am foreign small city in a small country and among my few options for job is to become university teacher in a local university focused on technology. This university seeks foreign teachers, so I am a good candidate since I want an academic career, and I already live here. But I have no experience. I hold a degree in International Relations and experience in management and sourcing. I would like to receive tips and ideas about how to sell my idea and to get an opportunity. I have no a master degree and I would find difficult to get one in technology because of my background but I am open to your coments.

In addition to the excellent answer that you have already received i would concentrate at least on obtaining a masters degree and then going further. Conditions change and the better your background the more you have a chance for being re tined and promoted./

It's hard to help you without knowing the qualifications they expect - in the US, you'd need a PhD in the field you plan to teach to even apply for the job, but you seem to think that's not necessary at this school - a PhD or training in the field.
