She's done several workout DVD's, not sure which you want advice for specifically. However, I've been doing 30 Day Shred and having good results. I lost a pound and half the first week and 2 pounds the second. It's only 20 minutes/day which is good if you are starting out getting into shape or just short on time. There's 3 levels you progress through in the month. Each includes segments for strength, cardio, and abs. As with any fitness program, you must eat healthy for best results.
