I'm 16, and I'm 4'11 I'm really short so it's really easy for me to gain weight and so hard To lose weight. I run daily for 30 minutes but I have no results, I also drink vitamins to have a better digestive system, and I rarely eat junk food. Yet when I had p.e in freshman, and sophomore year I was 20 pounds lighter, and I would only run 5 minutes, the rest was just games.
I'm a size 14 when I was a freshman year I was a size 10. I don't want to do this to look better I'm not those girls that want to be anorexic to be skinny. Is there any way I could be at least back to a size 10?
It doesn't necessarily have to be in a month, I just want to see results that's all. The faster the better.

You seem pretty healthy, however if you want to loose weight, heres how Eat when your hungry, don't starve yourself! Some people say eat every two hours, but if you aren't hungry don't eat. Eat little slow carbs such as bread and pasta, and all must be whole grain/wheat. Eat lots of fruits, but even more vegetables as fruits can be high in sugar, which makes them good deserts. Substitute wild fish and turkey/chicken breast for high calorie red meats, eat lots off eggs (take one yolk out for every 2 eggs) and protein shakes are a great meal replacement (don't add peanut butter, or extra sugar) When you run try doing intervals, jog for 2 minutes, sprint for 30 seconds, and walk for 1 minute, you will burn 30% more calories.
I know this is a lot of info but i hope i helped! Loosing more than 4-5 lb. a week is unhealthy so don't do anything unreasonable. Again though, you seem like a pretty healthy girl already, and thats all that matters(:
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
