Monday shoulders, tuesday biceps, wednesday triceps. muscles still sore just got started with this is this allright?

Are those all you are doing each day? That's not nearly enough to gain muscle at all. Try combining those workouts into one day, and the. The next day work on lower body and abs, and the next, smaller muscles like calfs, lats, and forearms. Taking breaks in between is jut as important as working out. Give your muscles a break and time to repair, that's the only way you'll get bigger. Good luck!
