The first known public screening of projected sound films took place in Paris in 1900, but the first feature-length movie originally presented as a talkie was The Jazz Singer, released in October 1927.

The first talkie was made in 1927. It was called The Jazz Singer and Al Jolson was the star.

The first full all talkie movie was Lights of New York, 1928, originally released in 1916 as a silent film and starred Cullen Landis

Unfair question on several grounds.
Generally, it is accepted that Al Jolsons 'The Jazz Singer' was the first talkie, but it actually only contained several lines of talkieness, not the whole dialogue. Meanwhile, Russia & Germany both had already made talkies.
