Dream interpretation help?

I had a dream last night where someone broke into my home, killed my housemate and then surgically removed my breasts whilst I was sleeping.

Anyone have any ideas what this could mean?

Update:

It is a recurring dream have had it for the last 4 nights now, the exact same dream.

    Maybe it means that your afraid for your housemate while also afraid for your own personal space.
