Office Lunch replacement for Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice?
I have recently committed myself to losing 50 lbs. I am definitely eating better (5-6 small healthy meals a day) and working out everyday for an hour.
I was eating lean cuisines/healthy choice meals almost everyday for lunch. When I looked at the nutrition information I was astonished by how much sodium is in them!
So, can you please give me some ideas of what I can have a lunch that is as easy as the lean cusines/healthy choices?
I have a fridge, freezer, and microwave at work.
Thank you!

I usually eat 10 wheat thins, 5 triscuits, 2 slices of turkey, and a reduced fat string cheese. I cut the turkey and cheese up so I can eat them on the crackers & its really easy for lunch because I keep the crackers in my office drawer, and the turkey/cheese in the fridge (with my name on them of course!) :)
You could always make your own sandwiches at work, leaving bread in your office & keeping the supplies in the fridge?
Kudos to you for trying to decrease your sodium intake! :) And good luck with your weight loss!

It will take a little effort, but why not make healthy meals for yourself that you can freeze and take out as needed? That way you can control the sodium and caloric intake and not have any of the added ingredients that your body doesn't need.

Heat up dinner leftovers. Or else make a salad or sandwich to take for lunch.
