13w 2d and having a weird feeling, is it normal?

Ok so this is my third pregnancy that has made it past week 12. With my first two pregnancies I started to feel the heavy, pressure feeling late in pregnancy and could tell it was the baby's head. With this pregnancy I'm already feeling something like that, in fact I had forgotten all about the feeling until it started this time. But I'm scared because it seems way to early to have that feeling. I had a miscarriage in Nov. and for the first time find myself questioning the way I feel in pregnancy. So to get to my question is it normal to have this feeling so early or is it something I should be worried about? My friend said it could be my cervix opening up. Any advise would be great thanks in advance, oh yeah and I'm planning to call my doctor in the morning, just wanted your guys opinion.

i had that same feeling right around that time this pregnancy, it is also my third and ive never had a miscarriage, i dont recall ever getting it with my first two that early on but i got it this time. im only 20 weeks, so it happened not that long ago. im assuming its from your cervix moving and prepareing. maybe we just notice it more this time then with the other two because weve been through it a couple time before. good luck and congrats on baby #3

I'd say since it's not your first pregnancy that you have to remember that your uterus is really lax by this pregnancy. I had odd sensations of pressure with my last baby (my 3rd) that made me worried for months until she delivered at 39 weeks. So, obviously do call the doc in the morning but right now i think your fine. Try puttin your feet up and drinking a big glass of water. good luck and congrats :)

I've been having that feeling too since I was about 11 weeks along, and I was told it was nothing to worry about.
