Don't do too much. Less reps less weight and increase slowly.Make sure you are choosing the right weight and doing it the right way. It will stop hurting after a few week. It also hurts if you stop it completely after doing it for a while.
If its severe, you gotta stop doing it and consult a doctor.

It is very normal. Your arms are getting used to the pressure your giving them by lifting weights. Give it time and soon you wont be sore. Its a positive effect

Lol like jonesey said it's a build up of lactic acid. But it does mean you are getting somewhere, just don't do to much, have a rest and drink some lucozade before working out.

Protein and rest and water. That's about it. Eat meat, drink milk, eat lots of vegetables! ...etc...
If they are *really* sore then you can use frozen vegetables in a bag to ice them.

yes, keep it up, but give yourself a break of one day between workouts on a particular group of muscles until they are no longer sore then go at it every day if you like...

it's probably the lactic acid from not warming down afterwards
though im no expert that is a guess haha
