What do you know about the theories of personality?

I tend to side with Carl Jung in that there are 16 basic personality types. Introvert or extrovert, intuitive or sensitive, thinker or feeler and perceiver or judger.
I'm an INTP - introvert intuitive thinker and perceiver.
