no, i can't hear what people are saying or thinking in their heads but i can feel what they are thinking. Something will click and i will know

Sometimes people who are really high will confuse an inner monologue to be telepathy. Other times they're just braindead twats.

Yes lots of people know what I am thinking about and can even hear what music I am listening too on my earphones even 50 miles away They call me spaceman in this area.
