Fried Chicken Cutlets?

I would like to make fried chicken cutlets tonights. I usually use olive oil but I'm out of it. Do you think Canola Oil would be ok to fry them in? Not sure if they will taste as good. Thanks.

They'll be just fine. Let them drain on paper towels since the canola oil isn't as healthy as olive oil. Olive oil does impart a good flavor to the cutlets, but it'll be fine with canola that doesn't impart a flavor at all.

Yes Canola oil is great to fry in. It may not taste like olive oil but will still be delicious!

Strange you should ask. I cut up some fried chicken breasts to put into my rice and broccoli tonight. It were yummy!
