Newt Gingrich for President . . .?

This man was having a physical affair while married, during his last presidential campaign . . . so much for "Republican family values". Didn't you and I pay Ken Starr something like 80 million dollars to find out the same thing about Clinton, and to get him impeached?

Not him again please. How about Don Rickles? Good for a few laughs at least.

I don't care a lot for him and wouldn't vote for him, but can see him as a viable candidate for people on the right. I would almost rather see him President than Sarah Palin (I still think she should try her luck as a stunt double for Tina Fey on "30 Rock". OK, only kidding. I know Tina does her own death defying stunts on there. Walking into Alec Baldwin's office, etc)

If any candidate, Republican or Democrat, or whatever was disqualified to be President due to his personal life, a large number of our Presidents ( including Jefferson, Franklin Roosevelt, Harding, Kennedy, maybe even Eisenhower, even Reagan, who was the only President who had been divorced) might never have been in office.

I'm not defending Newt, and certainly not philanderers, but really, that is going to be harder and harder to find truly 'innocent' Presidential candidates.

We had a horrible batch of presidential candidates in 2008 (Including the guy who was eventually elected) . Here we go again. I especially wish that these "same olds" would just go away. Besides, Newt is too weird looking to be president.

I agree, he is not the one for President. Politicians have always done these things remember Kennedy and Marylin Monroe

I would not vote Newt to be town dog catcher. He has not been there and does not know what he is talking about and I am a staunch conservative.

Newt is about as lack luster as you can get, with the charisma of a newt.

Take another look at his name and then see if you would put a x next to that.

How'd that "Contract with America" work out?

    Epic failure!!
