how many calories should i eat per day?

I'm 15 years old, 5'9" and i want to lose weight. I jog everyday and do sit-up's but I don't know how many calories I should be taking in. Any help?

    the average person should eat about 2000 calories a day to find your number try out http://calorieneedscalculator.com/ just make sure you are honest with the questions if you lie you just hurt yourself

    I think that kind of depends on how much you weigh. I would say 1400 calories a day would be good though.

    between 1200-1600 per day.
