Is it possible to drop a dress size in 2.5 weeks..?
I had a baby 10 weeks ago and put on 3 stone during the pregnancy. I've lost a stone so far and now weigh 11.5 (i'm 5'4). I'm going away in 2.5 weeks and really want to back to size 10.. i've bought clothes in this size to give me a bigger reason lol. I've cut out sugar, chocolate, cake etc. been doing 30min exercise dvd a day and going for a 30 min walk with the baby everyday, trying not to eat late and eating smaller portions.. is there anything else i could be doing (having a newborn, i don't have much time tho lol). Do you think it's possible to drop a dress size like this.. thank you xxx

Try cutting out carbs. It works really fast because it stops fluid retention. It's only a temporary loss because as soon as you start eating them again the weight will go back on but it's good for special occasions.
Also avoid mixing carbs with sugar or fat in your diet. Sugar and fat are instant energy so your body will use them first. If you then eat carbs too your body will store the extra energy as fat.
