What was the last thing you cooked from scratch?

Or mostly from scratch? I've made a leftover spaghetti casserole and a batch of homemade tortillas today.

    Lunch today was spaghetti with a sauce from whipping cream, garlic, sundried tomatoes and a little parmesan.

    Um...marinara sauce. I always make a big pot and freeze the leftovers. My boyfriend likes to eat it on things instead of ketchup, like brats or chicken sandwiches

    I also made gluten-free peanut butter cookies for a party where the host is allergic to gluten.

    I made broccoli cheese soup to have over the weekend and tacos for dinner tonight. Tomorrow night I'm making stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. And on Sunday I'll make breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage.

    Lets see pancakes yesterday. The meatoaf, masjed potatoes and gravy I have been eating for the last couple fo days, bean soup, and tomorrow stir fry, with home made sauce.

    I made oatmeal cookies with almond raisin and apricot today. They are amazing (munches another).
