You should google the dream dictionary and look up what it has to say. I have heard many different things said about dreaming of pregnancy. I don't know how accurate this is, but I was looking into dream symbols and meanings and I read that dreaming of being pregnant means you are coming into wealth. Again, I don't know if there is any truth to this but I just wanted to share anyway.

Seems to be true too. Anytime I had a dream where there was a baby in it, someone died.

Most dreams are based off thoughts, even if they are in your mind frequently or not. Even when your dreams aren't exact to your thoughts, they're still based off a thought.
