How often should you weight yourself?

Everyday, or every week?

Once or twice a day at the same time would be useful. That way the moment you gain a bit of weight you can eat a bit less for the next day or so to get back to normal. If your weight slips a bit you could eat a bit more for the next day or two to get back to normal.

Depending on what your doing... If your on a intense workout program losing weight i would probably say about every 2 weeks to make sure your staying on track of your weight loss goal. If your Not doing a intense workout then Once every month towards the end of the month. Mainly because you won't feel like you came up short, Hope that helps :)

I weigh myself, measure my body fat, measure my blood pressure and measure my resting heart rate, first thing every morning. If I eat a lot of salty food I find that my weight and blood pressure are up the next morning.

not every day. Every week only if you have weight issues. I weigh myself every couple months or so.

You know if your pants fit or not so weight doesn't mean that much if you're not losing weight.

As often as you like. Every other day is OK.

You don't gain pounds every day or every week. Try every few months to every year.
