What foods can i eat to help me lose weight? Don't mention these foods because I've already tried them, and hated them - Strawberries, cherries, blueberries, watermelon..

Any thermogenic foods, look them up. Here are some delicious foods and spices to help lose weight:
Any green leafy vegetables (look up the benefits of juicing, see the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead)
Lemons (fresh lemons are NOT bitter, and rather refreshing with water, activates fat burning)
Celery (takes more calories to eat/burn than are in the celery!)
Tomatoes (has lycopene to help reduce cell oxidation, carry more oxygen in the blood, anti-cancer)
Oatmeal (high fiber and makes you feel full, absorbs cholesterol)
Cayenne Pepper (or other hot spicy things like red chili peppers)
Pears (fiber, potassium)
Apricots (super nutrient rich, beta carotene, lycopene)
Mushrooms (have no calories, so burns calories to digest them)
Apples (again, fiber, vitamin C)
Cinnamon (levels out blood sugar, aids digestion)
Best thing you can do is adjust the proportions of your diet breakdown and count calories.
60% vegetables and some fruit, 20% proteins (fish, eggs, beans/legumes, nuts/seeds, some beef/chicken/pork), 15% carbs from complex carbs (oatmeal), 5% fats/oils/dairy

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

This is not about what food make you lose weight. You can lose weight eating potato chips and drinking beer. What needs to be controlled is not WHAT you eat but what nutrients you get and not going overboard. Most of the ingredients in all those junk foods you need (minus trans fat). You need fat, you need sugar, the problem is that people eat TOO much of those things. Talk to your doctor a nutritionist so they can tell you how much of each nutrient you need for your body and what you need to cut out to reach your goals.

All fruit and vegetables are good, especially the crunchy foods like apples. Crunchy foods make your body think that you've ate more than you really have which really helps. try to reduce calories by eating healthier like oatmeal instead of cereal or lean meat instead of fatty meat.
