How do you commit suicide if you are unnable to move?

Im working on a screenplay where a man that has been in a mining accident, has a punctured lung, and his legs and arms broken, he's laying on the floor on his back, he has no hope of being rescued and wants to end his suffering. How does he kill himself. Thanks in advance.

    He'll have to day on his back,stick two fingers down his throat and choke on his own vomit.

    Won't live more than a few minutes with a punctured lung anyway, unless he gets help immediately.
