-Not making the most common mistake people makes: Do Not Boil the water. When the water starts making lots of bubbles on the bottom, that's enough, and don't let it boil or get hotter.

--Then use a fine, good quality Loose Tea, which tastes much better than the bag ones, because it doesn't have the additional flavor of the bag and its chemicals.

---My mother pours water into a big jar, puts in it some loose tea, and then place it directly to the sun. When the tea looks real good and thick, all we have to do is warm it up, or put it in the fridge to drink it cold. Either way it's delicious.

Royal Yunan Tea bought in a box at a trendy Tea Room to take home. Don't forget to buy empty tea bags also. Put a couple of full tablespoons of tea in the tea bag, heat water to where it starts to steam but does not boil. Excellent mild flavor but if you leave the tea bag too long in the hot water, it gets strong but not to the taste and everyone starts having a good time.

Celestial Seasonings. Sleepy time or cranberry orange Tea. They have so many awesome flavors.

I always relax with a cup of tea before bedtime. :)

I have found that loose tea is the best. You must make sure you steep it long enough to get the full flavor and not too long where the taste will become bitter. Earl Grey is a nice tea with a bit of cream in it.
