What can I do? Guilt is eating me alive?
I did something terrible years ago that my husband can never know. I live in constant terror that I will tell him. I am seeing a psych and counselor and the meds don't work yet. How do I live like this?!?

if you're sure he loves you , and he won't get mad and do something stupid , tell him and see his reaction , then you'll feel better , if not try to keep your mind busy about something else and try to forget it , it's something of the past , nothing will change now , or think about it another way , maybe he's hiding a terrible secret too , maybe it's one by one, yes , see it that way , it's a strong possibilities , most husbands are hiding secrets, if you really feel guilt , make sure you don't do it again and do your best to keep everything alright between you two
