    1. You're describing a massive initiative, which would be expensive and controversial, and would result in lots more people getting infected and then having to be killed. Who's gonna do this killing? This would easily turn into a holocaust.

    2. Ebola has killed a fraction of the number of people aids has killed. Are you gonna kill all the aids victims, too? What about all the other deadly diseases?

    3. Some of the ebola patients have survived it. It's not the T-Virus.

    4. We don't actually know where ebola lives when it's not infecting people. It would most likely come back eventually. What you're describing would not kill ebola.

    5. I'm sure someone suggested this for Polio and Tuberculosis. The correct answer to this kind of epidemic is not to kill all the patients; it's to develop a vaccine. Remember, the goal is to protect human life.

This idea is both stupid and evil.

Why don't we kill everyone who asks stupid questions about Ebola showing ignorance. Not reasonable? Neither is your idea.

We currently have no one in this country with ebola. WE have a US doctor returning home soon who has it.

You people seem to think it is incredibly contagious. Because of hospital incompetence, a man with ebola was sent home to be with his fiance, family, and kids. THey obviously had close contact and yet NOT ONE of them got ebola.

So what you are suggesting is murder with the survival rate is close to 100% in this country.

    Shame on you.

What an interesting idea. BUT the smoke could have ebola germs in it maybe. And the relatives of the sick would complain - pretty sure about that.

wouldn't do any good..it takes 20 days for it to incubate...people who appear completely healthy could have it and you wouldn't know until it was too late.

  • It is a good idea but it would be infringing on human rights. We could easily isolate them from society and that would be a good way to contain the disease.
