Why do I keep having this same dream over and over?
I was just wondering why I keep dreaming that I am pregnant with twins but on the day they are due I bleed out on the table but the babies live. I am not trying to conceive but i was wondering if anyone had a dream interpretation of this for me. Does this dream mean I am going to die giving birth to twins. I know that in my family blood line we have twins and I would be the next generation to have them so should I worry about this dream or not take it seriously? Usually my dreams come true when I dream that is why i am a bit anxious about this dream.

Dreams are not predictive. They often represent our subconscious concerns about something, but any notion that they are telling you the future is simply incorrect. Your belief that "usually your dreams come true" is very unlikely to be correct. People remember the dreams that seemed to correspond to something that happened in their waking lives, but they forget all the dreams that didn't. And since dreams often DO represent subconscious concerns, it's not surprising that sometimes those concerns are accurate.
I once dreamed that my boyfriend broke up with me and quickly started seeing someone else. Not too long afterwards, he did exactly that. Did my dream predict the breakup? No. It reflected my real-life worries about the relationship, which was not in good shape, but I wasn't facing up to that.
I'd say that you know your chances of having twins someday are greater than those of the average person, and you have some significant subconscious fears of childbirth and parenthood, which the prospect of twins intensifies. That's why you keep having this dream.

no one knows why we dream what we dream but it seems your dream is probably stemming from your fear of not being their for your kids to grow up. When I was pregnant with my child I was terrified of being a mother, I had a dream one night my child was first born the size of a one year old, she then proceeded to scurry about like something out of a horror movie before scurrying up a tree, looking down at me with her short black hair and hissing at me with her fangs. Thank god it didn't actually happen this way. It's probably just nerves I wouldn't think about it to much. People rarely die from child birth anymore.
