DIY sushi quesiton?
Attempting to make homemade California and tuna rolls for the first time. I read to place the nori on top of cling wrap, spread/press the rice and sesame seeds over the top of the nori sheet, and then flip the entire sheet over to work on the inside. I tried and everything basically fell apart in the flipping process. What am I doing wrong? Is there an easier way that I am missing that maybe does not involve flipping? Thanks!

Um I don't know why the person before said to dampen the nori <.<" don't do that
So basically put the nori sheet on your rolling bamboo mat (if you're not using it then I guess a placemat with cling wrap on it is okay), then spread a little bit of rice on the end closest to you (NOT on the entire nori sheet), and put the fillings you want on it (not too much), and roll the mat & nori over the insides until it is only just covered, then push down firmly and then roll the rest of the way. Then use cling wrap to wrap it if you plan on making more, or you want to store it.
Sorry if it's hard to picture the directions, it would be much easier to understand if you go to wikihow or somehow find directions with pictures.
