Ideal diet?
I'm 27, Male. Height 5'6'', Weight= 55 kg; build= thin.
I consume 18 or more chicken eggs per week. I eat meat twice/ thrice per week (500 gm or more in total). My diet does not include fish.
I live in a tropical region. Daily temperature can hit 36 degree C any day apart from the winter.
For a thin man, I sweat a lot. And I do not walk or engage in physical works much apart from sporadic such activities.
Do I need to give up the consumption of so many eggs? What should be the diet? How much water should be drunk every day? Please guide.

I know eggs are delicious and very healthy, but there is such a thing as overdoing it. Maybe you could cut back a bit to 12 a week? That's 2 eggs a day and 1 day without eggs. Since you don't eat fish, I say try it once (unless you're allergic) because it tastes really good! Try other sea foods too, like crab, shrimp, scallops, etc. A bit of variety in your food is good for you!
As for water - drink when you are feeling thirsty. If you are exercising or if the weather is warmer you need to drink more, so how much you need to drink fluctuates. On average I think you need about 2 litres a day.
Also, thin does not automatically translate to healthy. Some people don't get fat, because they store their fat around their organs where you can't see. I would recommend that you do some exercise to compensate physical activity; maybe half an hour a day or so.

What about veggies and carbs conception?
I mean people react differently to eggs (sat fat and cholesterol) some people are perfectly suited for 18 eggs per week (which isn't even that much, some people take that every day and many every 2 days) and a minority would suffer from it... If you could take a blood test (cholesterol) you would know where you sit at.
I don't think that your protein intake is a problem, total calories intake might be (5'6, 55kg is skinny)
Otherwise water depend your potassium, magnesium and sodium intake. Higher it is, more you need water.

You definitely need to cut your consumption
My opinion is that you should consume 6 eggs a week on an average, drink lots of water like 2.5-3.5 litres minimum, amount of meat is perfect, avoid meat( goat, beef, pork etc except chicken) as people in tropical areas believe they overheat your body and avoid sunlight
