More energy when I don't eat?
When I eat lunch I get so drowsy afterwards, but if I skip lunch I feel a lot more awake. Also when I skip dinner I sleep a lot better as well. Breakfast is the only meal that actually helps me. I almost never have an appetite too. I walk everyday (unless it's too cold outside) and take longer walks/hikes on the weekends too.

If your doing all these activities, you need to have at least dinner, in order to make sure you have enough calories to do all of these. Unless your breakfast is a hearty meal, im not sure one meal a day will be healthy

Eat small, healthy meals. You may be eating too heavy meals or lots of processed foods.
