It depends on how much weight you want to lose. Ideally the best way to lose weight is by eating 200 callories less than your daily calloric intake and add some aerobic workout in your daily plan

I'm in the process of losing weight right now, after the summer vacation and the holiday season I need to get fit again. I don't have time to go to a gym so here's what I'm doing. First I start of with some push ups and sit ups. I do 2 sets of 15 push ups and 20 sit ups. I want to start increasing those sit ups by 5 each day until I can do like 80. And then I do some cardio. What I do is basically I walk/jog/sprint on a treadmill that I have at home. I started with this program of the 1st and I've already lost like 3 pounds. As for your eating habits, you should have something in the morning for breakfast, and for lunch chicken breast with salad. As for dinner I have a light snack. Nothing to complex, simple routines.

Weight loss green store tea helped me lose 13 pounds and I must say that I look very dapper in my suit. The tailor even had to alter and tuck the sides in a bit because of the weight I lost. My fiancée's really happy and I get to ham it up for every picture to be taken at the wedding.

Undo your belt, that should make your weight "loose". If you want to "lose" weight, try diet and exercise.
