I was 92 Kg about a month ago (Jan 30 2017 ) ,Today I am 82 and loosing 1 Kg in every 3–4 days .If you think this is fast then you might try doing what I am doing .
I am not dieting ,I am eating healthy and doing exercise 5 days a week and my goal is to loose 35 KG in 6–7 months . My aim is not just loosing it but keeping it that way for long time .I also want to develop my core strength and want to have a healthy skin .

Keto appears to work because it eliminates sugars outside of whole foods.
Unfortunately, it also eliminates the ones INSIDE whole foods and is way too restrictive.
All that needs to be eliminated from the regular diet are added sugars (sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, syrups and white flour products), alcohol, trans fats and corn-fed animal products.
Grass fed livestock and truly free range poultry won't make you fat because they CANNOT make you fat.
Overeating is a product of the aforementioned-caused liver dysfunction that disables the body's natural hunger off switch (the hormone leptin).
But obesity is the LEAST of your concerns.

A lot of people have success with a Keto diet. Though experts recommend it as a low term diet.
