For my Greek recipes I use boneless breasts.

  • Thighs all the way! The spices and the side dishes that accompany make it all the more delicious when you have a crisper crust and a juicier chicken.

    Hope this helped.

Chicken thighs, because the thighs are fattier and have more flavor than breasts

The thighs have a better taste and are juicier.

I am not a fan of Greek food, but I do prefer boneless chicken for any cooking I do, as I really hate to gnaw meat off a bone.

Thighs.  They have more fat, and therefore more flavor. Also, it is easy to overcook chicken breasts, making them dry and tough.  The breasts are somewhat lower in calories than the thighs, and slightly healthier ... but not enough to matter to me ... either are still better for you than beef or pork (which I do eat sometimes)
