Okay, I live in the country on a 90 degree curve approximately 50 feet from my gate entrance. The local dope heads and drunks like to use the road as a pass through and as expected they tend to fall asleep, get high, or whatever and crash either right off the curve into my fence or hit my steel farm gate which I've had to replace and remount repeatedly. I tried going to the county and DPS with NO luck whatsoever! This last moron fell asleep and literally knocked down 2 creosote railroad ties, 5 creosote 2 x 6's, one 12" creosote post, and warped a $200.00 steel farm gate. So I want to build a fence that their dumb behinds will bounce off of, I'm concerned that one will actually make it through and hit my house. I was thinking of using 4 railroad ties (mounting them 8 inches apart for a rolling steel gate) cemented and rebar'd in, approximately 8 foot across from each other and mounting the the angled entrance part of the gate with 2 more railroad ties and drilling them, then placing 8 rows of rebar. Does anyone think this would work? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Did want to mention I use railroad ties because 4 pickups have hit them and they bounce off! This last truck literally knocked them completely up and out of the ground. Thanks for your input!

PS: the county all but told me to piss off when I asked for regular patrols and the State Troopers said they don't know what I could do.

Okay I traded a guy some farm equipment for an unopened iPhone 5. He said all I have to do is unlock it! Apparently he has a business and just purchased the phone from the AT&T store. I assume he paid cash! Not contracted seeing as it did not immediately activate when I turned it on. I use Straight Talk, I have an iPhone 4 and would like to just transfer the number to the new phone! I plan to continue to use Straight Talk, someone please tell me if I just got screwed over or if I can unlock the phone and use it on Straight Talk. By the way my iPhone 4 doesn't take a sim card it's CDMA, this AT&T phone does take a micro sim which Straight Talk doesn't make anymore!

She got approved for a USDA loan, she found a house for $77,500. The sellers agreed to pay $4100 of the closing costs. Now she was told she has to have an elevation survey for $550, right after shelling out $400 for the AC duct cleaning or something. I thought all that stuff is supposed to be included in the closing costs?

I do contract work on the side and burnt up a few drills, partly because I'm cheap and refuse to spend the money! I keep hearing nothing beats a Milwaukee when it comes to endurance, torch, and speed. I'm a large man and can handle the weight of a heavier drill. I drill through treated 4x6 lumber, hardy board, sheet metal, landscape timbers, railroad ties, and concrete footers. If Milwaukee is the best, which model do you recommend. I ask the construction guys because they know better than anyone. Thanks for your help!

I bulit a wrap around deck, did I screw up with the spacing?

My house is on peir and beam with the dimensions of 48 foot by 24 foot with tan shingle roof and hardy board siding. The long section of my house sits west and the short sits south, so I built a deck the entire length of the west ( 48 foot)and it wraps around the entire length of the south end (24 foot). I ran three rows of piers (concrete cinder blocks resting on 16 x 16 x 3 concrete footers). I ran the the beams using 2 x 6 treated boards every 6 foot (used deck screws and steel hangers) that attached to a header that is 4 x 6 treated beam (and yes I know that was overkill, but I wanted the deck to last). I used 2 x 4 treated boards as joists 20 inches on center (secured with deck crews and steel hangers). The span of the deck is 5 foot 10 inches, thats why I ran the OC at 20 instead of 16 inches). I also ran a set of piers to the 2 x 4 joists with 4 x 4 treated wood piers fastened to a concrete footer. Now the propblem I'm worried about is I bought 5/4 x 6 x 12 number 2 treated decking spaced 1/4 inch apart. It'll hold right? I got concerned because of the 20 inch OC measurement I used. The scerws are all galvanixed and the deck is roofed with brown sheet metal. Do I need to crawl under and start adding extra 2 x 4 joists, because that will be impossible since I also cross braced the 2 x 4 joists together. My Dad (who built 5 houses, said I overbiult it and it will be fine).

I am taking Adderall XR 20mg twice a day, and a 30mg once a day. The doc (neurologist) and shrink have changed me to Adderall XR 20 mg four times a day. Can I even fill the new script till the other script for 20 mg twice a day runs out? I figured since they supplied 60 (2 a day for 30 days) I should be able to fill after 15 hays since he changed it to 4 times a day. What do I do with the 30mg ones? Flush them, trash? Or take them back to the pharmacy to dispose of? This is for a head injury I got a few years ago, that's why the dose is high. It actually lowers my Heartrate and Blood Pressure.

My wife died May of 2007 with a Brain Aneurysm, leaving me and my 7 month old (now she's almost 3) all alone. I moved in with my parents and gave my house to my sister and her 3 kids. Now my family has informed me I have NO social life at all. Now that I think about it, I really have no friends- just people I work with. I go to work (nights), go to the weight room for 2 hours before going home, then go home and play with my daughter for a little while then repeat the same routine over and over again. They want me to go to singles night at the church, I am literally a coward about going. Any suggestions? I am a 34y/o white male, health care professional, slim athletic built, dude with all my hair (none gray). I don't smoke, drink, and cannot dance to save my life.

I was diagnosed with ADHD 1 year ago ( I've always had but it became unmanagable after a car wreck in 1997 where I received a skull fracture). My wife made be go to a dr. they but me on Adderall IR and titrated doses, I apparently metabolize meds quickly, so he swithched me to Adderal XR and have had repeated dose adjustments (lower and higher ect). Now I am getting into problems again with my inabiltity to sit down, and control my mouth. I was going to ask him to try Ritalin LA or that Daytrana patch thing. I exercise 1.5 hours a day get exactly 7.5 hours of sleep, and eat low fat foods. I follow all food restrictions of the ADHD diet. I was put on Vyvance temporarily- it actually made me hyper (even more hyper than normal) and was DC'd. He has currently maxed out my Adderall XR at 60 mg in 4/ 15 mg doses every 6 hours. At first I had no more vivid dreams, no more excessive talking, no more bad temper and irritability, and I even quit grinding my teeth at night. Now it's all coming back! Oh yeah, I have an atypical response to stimulants- they actually lower my Heartrate and blood pressure. I myself would rather not take anything, evryone else says they will not be around me if I don't take it.

Anyway, would someone tell me if the Daytrana patch would be better, or suggest something else. I promise, I am actually take the med and no longer flushing it down the toilet.

My wife died of a brain anneurysm leaving me and my infant daughter alone. I went back to work 2 weeks later (everyone decided what was best for me) and never really got back out. I spend10- 12 hours in a gym working out, but I don't really have any friends. When I'm invited to do something I find some mundane reason not to go. I'm not depressed, I feel fine- what is wrong with me? Have I become a hermit?

I have hughes net with there max speed. I got a Vonage account and it don't work right. My download speed (tried an online speed test) is 1108 and the upload speed was 91. I'm supposed to have up to 400 for upload. Well Vonage told me to get another provider and Hughes diagnostics said it could be the network card on my computer, a virus, or to much activity on my computer. I ran a scan had no viruses, there are any programs running, I even adjusted my bandwidth and there was no change. The only thing left is the network card- I guess. I did find out that I had 842 dropped packets with the last speed test. Help- what do I do?

I am Adderall XR 20 mgs every 8 hours. I weigh 170lbs and am 32 y/o. I was put on it for intermittent explosive disorder/ defiant dissorder. I am eating "the ADHD diet" and exercise 1.5 hours 4 days a week. The doctor tried Stratera and Provigil first, but they gave me severe headaches at the lowest dose. I've been on the Adderall for 5 months and my family loves the result " no irritability and I will sit down". It lowered my blood pressure to 116/72 and slowed down my brain- which it's hard to adjust to when you have always had alot of enrgy. I thought I was better and missed a few doses and got a massive amount of energy but my brain was like a light show of images. I really think I feel better without it but nobody wants to be around me when I don't take it because I annoy them. Do I have to take it the rest of my life? The doctor also thinks 1 mg per kg would be of more benefit- so he wants to up it. Why am I light/sound sensitive without the Adderall XR?

I am currently on Adderall XR 20 mg 3 times a day for ADHD potentiated by multiple head injuries. My wife( I'm a widower now) and family- coworkers are thrilled with this quiet calmness I however feel like someone locked on the brakes. My question is " If you really have ADHD why do you get so irritable/ hyper when you don't take your meds ( Adderall also lowers my Blood Pressure and heartrate), I don't understand why it works so differently on me"

Is it normal for adults with ADHD to get irritable when people don't answer them quick enough and to feel like someone is holding they're shirt collar when they take they're meds?

My wife died three weeks ago from a Berry's anuerysm and I don't know what to do? We have an eighth month old together and I have a 12 y/o stepdaughter. I think I'm loosing my mind, I still have trouble eating and weird things make me cry. I miss her so bad. I feel bad for my children. I think it's starting to finally set in. I don't know what to do.

My wife just passed away, leaving me alone with my infant daughter and 12 y/o stepdaughter. My brother-n-law has asked for me to grant conservatorship of my step-daughter because she hasn't known me long. However, I think my brother-n-law may be after my wife's yearly inheritance. I pray he is not that underhanded, but he has also mentioned my step-daughter's social security benifit 1 to many times. My question is; if I sign the conservatorship for my step-daughter, can he use that to take away from my infant daughter's inheritance? What should I do? My wife left no will and I want the inheritance and social security for both kids put in a trust fund.
