I had my test 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for the results.

I just completed a Treadmill Stress Test for my heart. I reached my 100% heart rate within 2 minutes. The nurse said that was very quick. During the test, both of my arms began to go numb.

Is this normal? If not, what could this indicate? I asked if everything looked "ok" and was told the Cardialogist will get with by primary care dr. about the results. Opinions anybody?

Last Thursday I had an MRI with contrast dye solution. The dye was injected into my left hand. The following day, my for-arm felt a little sore. I thought it was from the rubberband ternicate the technision used to dialate the veins in my hand before the injection.

Now, three days later my forearm and hand are very swollen and hurt like crazy. This pain is also felt up my entire arm. I have a red spot about the size of a half dollar on my arm that is hot to the touch. My arm also feels heavy and weak. Could this be a blood clot or a reaction to the contast dye? If this is a blot clot, it is considered dangerous condition?

I'm 40ish and walk 2.5 miles everyday during my lunch break as part of my daily fitness routine. (I have an office job, so walking at lunch feels really good.) Recenlty, I have been expriencing a "slipping sinsation", as if I am walking on ice, that occurs every 20 to 50 steps or so with my left foot. Honestly, I thought it was my shoes causing the problem. I have changes shoes and still have this slipping sinsation. Now I"m not really sure if I"m actually slipping or if its a "false sense" that I'm slipping.

My co-workers, who I walk with me at lunch, think I'm nuts and so do my kids and husband. If this is in my head, what condition would cause this? I've also had trouble with short term memory that is getting really annouying. Thanks for reading and offering your advice.

I'm 39 and have never had a seizure before, but my head felt strange before I went to bed. (kind of like a hangover after a severe headache) My husband said I started having severe jerking type motions and my eyes were half open and I was totally unresponsive. (I have no recollection of this at all) It lasted maybe about a minute or so then it stopped. Today My whole body hurts like I have been in a car wreck and my eyes feel like they are sinking into my head. I'm so tired I can barely stand to be on the computer typing this.

What can cause this and should I expect this to happen again?

Is it normal to feel this way after a seizure?

I must admit I'm very nervous about this....

I did have meningitis 6 months ago. (really thought I was going to die before I got over that) Not sure if that could be related or not....???

I went to the Dr yesterday and I have classic symptoms of a kidney stone, but there was no trace of blood in my urine. Could it still be a stone without the presence of Blood?

I had a spinal tap to diaganose viral meningitous 9 days ago. The proceedure it's self was not that painful. The Dr. heavily medicated me just before the procedure knowing I was absoluletly terrified do to a "horrific epidural experience" during childbirth. I had the expected headache, but was on high does of pain killers anyway for the meningitous. Now that I have recovered from my severe neck pain and headache, I am left with a very sore low back and ackey legs. I am walking at a snails pace. My Dr told me not to take any asprin or motrin for inflamation due to the higher risk of Reye Syndrome that could develope after a bad viral infection when taking those types of medications. This is all across my very low back, like a wide stip going from hip to hip. Has anyone else

experienced low back pain after a spinal tap? How long does this last?

I love to decorate my home with quilts on the walls as well as our beds. I love to quilt, but would like to know if any of you have tried the software for Electric quilt design, specifically the EQ5 or 6.

I passed a kidney stone today. I had all the classic symptoms with it, but my question is....Did any of you still have kidney pain after the fact.....after you passed your stone? How long does this last? Could I have more stones in my kidney and they just have not dropped yet?

If my mother had gone to an attorney to leave leave her children some inheritance in a will, how would that attorney know if she died if it were not anounced in the newspaper? The children being unaware of what attorney she would have used.

This woman was my mother by the way. I know my mother had life insurance from the hospital where she worked. I know that her husband had her insured for a minimum of half a million dollars.

I could have sworn my mother told me many years ago that she was going to have her children as beneficiaries of that policy from her employer. (she knew her husband had her insured for a small fortune) So is it possible he got that money without our knowedge? And could it be possible her kids were on the life insurance policy to get a portion of that policy too and he did not tell us about it?

We were not even allowed to have a memorial service for our mother. And he shipped her body to another state to be barried.

It was like a nightmare after she died. Could he have distroyed her will? I'm at a loss for the way he is acting and treating our deseased mother and her children. It has been over a year and he has not made any attempt to contact us. We've tried 3 or 4 to contact him...

First this man was mean and abusive to his wife. Second he's an alcoholic. Third he's an insurance salesman, Life and Health.

The woman held a job at the local hospital for 20 years, had many friends and 3 loving kids and several grandkids. She lived in the same community for over 35 years and lived a somewhat nice middle class life.

Why on earth would her husband absolutely refuse to put any kind of obituary in the newspaper. Even after the woman's children said they would be happy to write one and pay for it themselves...?

I think it sounds shady to me.

I think he has a "girlfriend" on the side to begin with before the womans death. (She died from cancer, but had signs of abuse when she entered the hospital for the last time. By this time she hhad cancer in her brain and could not speak clearly.)

What reason's are there (other than cost) for not allowing an obituary to be placed in the local paper?

I have had a DNA paternity test with my father.

Would any of the numbers on that test happen to represent

Native American Heritage?

Would I have to have a new test to find out or can I just take the test results I already have to a professional to be read.

Also, would they be able to know which Tribe we are associated with?

My father should be 1/8 and should be 1/16 if the family is correct.

My father's grandmother was embarrassed to be Native American and refused to discuss it and would not allow her children to discuss it either. So I have very little information.

What New York newspapers are more likely to list an obituary of a Freeport, NY resident?

My 9 year old son has been on Pulmicort (for asthma) for 2 months now and seems to have a puffy face. This has occured very slowly over the past month. He has no other symptoms and does not appear to be having any allergic reations. I have gone to a few "side affect" sites for drugs and non mentions swelling or puffiness. Does anyone using Pulmicort have this issue?

Other than the cause of death, what will be on the death certificate? Parent's names of the deceased? Furneral home name? Spouse name? Childrens's names? Last home address? ETC...........???

I am thinking of ordering one for our family genealogy research for a death that occured in 1993. I don't want to waste my money on a certificate that only has the cause of death.
