ago. My employer(im self employed as a nanny) made a mistake on my first w2 for the ein number. They gave me the corrected w2, and I put in the corrected ein number into turbo tax, but I realized to late they also changed the address on my w2. (their accountant said I could use the ein number of the wife(she runs a seperate business, and we used that address rather than her home address). So I have the correct ein number, but wrong employer address. Does it really matter that my tax return has the wrong address? If so...how do I fix this? My employer just filed their taxes today. I saw an allergy Dr. last week, and was diagnosed with dermographisn and chronic hives. We cant do a scratch test due to the dermagraphism. He prescribed me prednisone, zyrtec, and doxepin. Dermagaphism is under control...but whenever I eat my throat gets very tight, and my face swells. I ate mcdonalds chicken nuggets and frys yestereday, and alsmost went to er due to throat tightning. Today only ate 1 banana and celery and sorbert. Im to scared to eat anything else! Anyone have any ideas one what I can eat that would most likely not cause an allergic reaction? Ive searched online...and I cant find any foods that are at grocery stores. Can I drink sprite? Crackers? hot dogs?? Anything??!?!!? Thank you!!

I have been with this current family for a little over 1 year. They will be going on a 3 week vacation, and I will not be needed. They pay me hourly...which usually results to $550 a week after taxes.

When I was first hired..it was for part time...but I went full time with this family 8 months ago. We never discussed vacation or sick days.

The family wants me to come up with how many pd days I would like off a year. How many should I tell them? Should I expect to get pd every day they leave on vacation..like a daycare provider would expect? I dont feel comfortable asking them to pay me 1600 for me not even working!

So I just need to know, how many paid vacation days do I get to take, do they pay me when they chooses the days off. Im not really worried about taking sick days...just because I never needed one in the last year...and if needed..ill just use vacation time.

someone else's home. I never received any form from them. I used turbo tax, and claimed 8,000 from this couple I nanny for. I also earned other income from another family I nannied for, but I didnt receive a form from him either, but I just want to work on this 8,000 from the other family. I also claimed the earned income tax credit. I am a single mom of a toddler. I live with a roomate, no child support or other income. The eic was 2,955. Today the irs mailed me back my tax forms I mailed in, and a note for me to send proof of my income for the eic on a 1099 misc form. I picked up the 1099, but it looks as if my payers needed to fill it out, and send it to me by Jan 31st. They already mailed in there taxes. I also read that they will get penalized for not sending me the form. I know they also claimed somewhere in there taxes the 8,000 they paid me. What do I need to do? Is there a way to fill out the 1099 form, and only I send it in? Can this family I work for still send in the 1099 form, even though they already sent in there taxes? How much would this family I babysit for be penalized? Anyone know how much I would need to pay in? Would I be considered a late tax payer now and have to pay a penalty? Thank you so much!!!

internet at our new house. The password is 26 characters long. My computer is only allowing me to enter up to 20 characters. I changed the encryption, still doesnt work. She said it needs to be set to WAP. For some reason it wont show up as an option. Only WEP, and LEAP, and a couple others. I did try all though. When I bring my laptop anywhere else....starbucks, parents place, work, it connects perfectly fine to their wireless, with their passwords. BUT...at their houses, WAP shows up as an option. Anyone know how I can be able to enter 26 characters for a password, or is there a different cheap option I can plug into my computer, or something? I dont want to get a new laptop over this!! I have double doors, and the room is two floors. When you walk in I would like that as a sitting area with a tv, comfy chair, and my desk, then you go down 2 stairs that are the whole length of the room, to the area I would like my bed and dresser, and a night stand. My kitchen cabinets are a glossy white, and I bought some latex ivory paint. Do I need to sand a little bit of the cabinets before I paint? I am also going to be painting a door, which is white, but I will be painting it a darker color. Do I need to sand that also? The door is wood, not glossy. Thanks!

Today he asked, what if God changed him into a girl? He has also asked, on other occasions, What if he marries a boy, and other questions like that. He brings up questions like this about every other day. I never quite know how to answer those questions. He is also VERY interested in watching girls putting on makeup, nail polish, doing there hair, etc... He has a 6 year old brother...who is 100% total boy. My 5 year old is in t-ball, soccer, and enjoys "boy" activities, like playing with swords, toy guns, fishing... Once his dad comes home from work, they all play, and weekends he has good quality time with his dad. I am a stay at home mom, but he goes to school 3 days a week.

He loves dora stuff, always wants the girl toys for the happy meals from Mcdonalds, picks out princess movies from the movie store, loves flavoured-scented-girl chapstick, and other things. I know these things on there own is normal, but all of these? and the questions? Is this normal? Thanks

Long story short, I left a really bad relationship when I was pregnant, and moved across country to live with my sister and brother-in-law. My son is now 15 months, and I would like to have a name for him to call his uncle. His "father/donor" has absolute no contact with my little guy, nor will he ever. My bro-in-law has been that "father figure" to my little guy, and I would love to have my son call his uncle a special name. They are very close, but we can't think of a special name!!! I had a baby in 2007, so I know there is some sort of a deductible for that. Last year I lived with my sister, and I made about 7,000 for the year. I don't receive any other income( no child support, money from the gov, I don't own a home, no stocks or bonds, etc...) I do own a vehicle...but I don't know if that means anything for taxes. ok, first of all, i didn't ask to be judged.Im trying as hard as I can right now. I just moved to texas to get out of a horribly bad abusive relationship, while I was pregnant. I had to just get on a plane and leave, without my ex knowing, and I left EVERYTHING, my clothes, my car, furniture, pictures, everything. I was lucky my baby inside of me was still ok. I now live with some other people, and I had a job a month after I moved. Then my ob put me on bed rest, so I couldn't work, although I really wanted/needed to. I had my baby 4 months ago, and I know work at a church, becuase I don't have to pay for childcare, and I get to keep my baby with me. I am trying as hard as I can to give my baby the best life. I'm not at all happy with my situation, and am entirelly embarrased to be on welfare. Im 22 yrs old, I went to a christian college, and then I got in a bad relationship, and got pregnant.A Also, Im not paying for my plane ticket,my parents are.thanks for making me feel so horrible
