  • Cooking times for goat meat?

I have a goat loin that I'm going to attempt to cook for Xmas lunch tomorrow. I have worked out the marinade and want to cook it on the weber, but not sure how long it might take too cook. I have tried to search elsewhere on the net but I keep finding times for cooking it in the oven but I don't want to do that. Any help would be appreciated,

    thanks in advance

  • Rugby Union rules?

Can someone please briefly explain the rules of Rugby union, including if their is a limit to the number of substitutions they can use in a match.

I have watched rugby matches on & off in the past but I have never really understood what I am watching, and with the world cup on at the moment I would like to understand things a little more.

Thanx for anyone that can help.

  • If murder is a sin - is a person who is an executioner considered a sinner cause they also kill people?

If they aren't considered a sinner, why not? How is killing a person by lethal injection or other forms of professional execution different to a person taking a gun and killing someone on the street?

Is legal killing of someone who is deemed for whatever reason to warrant the death sentence allowed and ok in God's eye, or do they go to hell for killing others?

Surely the killing of another individual is wrong no matter if its legal or "in cold blood" - ultimately whats the difference between the 2 and does God separate them?

  • question about being pro-life and choices that go with that - anyone can answer.?

How is it that those who are pro-life and against abortion justify the killing of innocent people when they kill people outside abortion clinics or blow them up? Isn't killing people in that situation showing that you aren't pro-life cause you have taken away an individual/s life?

How is killing a living person different to a woman making an informed choice about having an abortion on an unborn fetus?

I am not getting any time out messages, cause it tries to load the pages for like 10mins, or if it loads yahoo.com, it wont then load anything else.

I have no problems using any of those programs when connecting to the net through an ethernet cable, these issues only started when i use the wireless connection

I have used a different laptop wirelessly with this network before with no issues, but this laptop just won't do any of the stuff described above.

  • Why do people ask questions they have either answered or just want their opinion backed up?

You see some people ask questions and majority of answers will follow along 1 line of thinking and then 1 or 2 answers will agree with what they asked so that gets picked as best answer.

I thought that the idea of this thing was to ask a question and to get opinions from other people, but it seems that some people are only interested in hearing from people who agree with them, not those that seem more informed or offer a different view from their own.

Before anyone makes a comment that I will just pick best answer as the one who agrees with me, I will leave the best answer open to a vote so that it is the readers who have the say, not the person asking the question to rid any bias in the best answer.

  • Neighbours keep blaming my brothers cat for causing problems even though they have never witnessed an attack?

My brother has a 6.5yr old cat who has spent his life outside most of the day, coming inside for the night at dinner time. He never received complaints past until the last couple of weeks. The people in the house a couple of doors down are blaming my brothers cat for attacking their cat on 3 occasions, causing $800 in damage, having never witnessed any attacks. Their cat had its stomach ripped open and they blame my brothers cat, even with the vet saying he thought it was a dog attack and didn't believe a cat could have caused those injuries.

Since they have come and complained on the weekend the cat has been kept inside for over 2 days only been let out for 30mins over both days, and she complained when he went outside for potty break today.

He has never killed a bird or drawn blood from a human, he is the most pleasant cat.

What can we do cause if we let him out they complain and the husband has threatened to kill my brothers cat if he sees it on their property. Need help please

  • Why as adults do we feel the need to put children's cartoon characters into categories?

Why is it there are adults who want to put different cartoon characters into categories such as homosexual or get a reassurance that the character/s are just best friends.

I remember a few years people wanting to classify Sponge Bob and Patrick as homosexual, saying that they aren't good roll models for children - yet when a child watches that show do you think they have a grasp of the notion of homosexuality or that they just see them 2 characters as best friends?

Same as characters such as Bert & Ernie, or Big Ears from Noddy - I remember as a child there was uproar when Big Ears would use the word 'gay' to describe how he was feeling.

Why do we do this as adults put these fictional characters into these categories and cause issues where there is no need to create the issues in the 1st place. Why can't we just let children be children and enjoy watching these shows while they still have an innocence about them that lets them enjoy the world without stereotypes & categories?

  • Need some help with a new laptop - question about batter power?

I just bought a new laptop yesterday, it was the last one of this model the store had and off the shelf ex-display. The laptop had been plugged in while they did a settings restore and than I plugged it in when I went to use it 1st time, later when I went to another room and it said battery power was only 40%. I than plugged it in for about 4 hours last night before putting it to stand-by mode. When checked the battery level this morning it was again 40% even though it had been plugged in for about 30-40mins. I have now been charging it for close to 2 hours and its only 46% - is there something wrong with the battery cause I dont remember my other laptops being this slow to recharge, should I take it back to the store?

  • Visa requirements for Australians to enter Mexico?

I'm an Aussie who has been traveling around both Canada and America for the past 5months, with a 12 month working visa to Canada & a 12month visitors visa for America, so I don't have that 3month visa waiver which allows multiple entries into Canada, USA & Mexico for 90 days. I was wondering if there were any visa requirements to travel to Mexico and I'm looking at taking a day trip to Tijuana while in the Southern California area.
