  • Ghost Hunters, how do I apply to get them to come to my house?

We have a big, old house with lots of history and activity. The house has been in our family for over 60 years. The activity comes and goes but has been very active since we listed the house for sale and we would love to know more.

Does anyone know how you get a hold of or where you apply to get on the show?

  • Monthly Children's book club?

I have a 9 month old and I want to start her in a book club that sends books every month or something I can order from each month that is cheap. She is too young for scholastic as she has to be in school to sign up for that. We do have her enrolled in Dolly Parton's Reading program with United Way, but I was hoping to start a collection or something. Any suggestions for series and or places to order would be great! Thank you!

  • Itchy dog, corgi has red stomach that she won't leave alone!?

Our corgi has been itching almost non stop. She did this last fall as well, initially we thought it was fleas but after treating the whole house, yard and her she continued to itch. She did stop over the winter but has started doing it again. She only itches her stomach and has started to bite herself again. I just checked her and she doesn't have any fleas and the house and yard don't either as our other dog doesn't have a problem. Her stomach is red an irritated from her scratching, we just had a baby so money is really tight and I can't afford to take her to a vet right now but need to help her any affordable suggestions. I have heard oatmeal baths would help but I would like other options before doing that.

    Thanks

  • When will my breast milk production increase?

My baby was born a month early, naturally and by her choice. Because she was so early she is not able to latch on properly for feedings. We purchased a pump and I have been pumping several times a day but have not been able to keep up with her, we have been supplementing with formula to make sure she is getting what she needs. I am well hydrated and eating just as well as I did while pregnant. She is now three weeks old and I want to keep her on as much breast milk as possible and would like to have this under better control before I return to work in three weeks. Thanks for your help!

  • Young male cat poops on the basement floor.?

We have two cats, an older female and a younger male. We keep the cats in the basement at night where their food, water and cat boxes are all kept. There are 4 boxes so they don't have to even share, however, our young male cat poops on the cement floor every night. What can we do to make him stop? He is fixed, healthy, and otherwise a great cat. Any ideas would help. I don't believe in just sending him to someone else so don't suggest that.

  • I'm pregnant and have a cold, what if anything can I take to feel better?

One month or so pregnant and I have a head cold, thanks to my husband. I know I'm not supposed to take cold medication, but what can I take. I'm miserable, feeling sick to my stomach from being so congested.

  • When I sneeze I can smell it, why?

When I sneeze I can smell it. I've asked others if they could smell my sneeze or if it was just me, my mother laughed at me and told me it was just me, she didn't smell it. I later asked my husband and he says he can smell it. He thinks I'm weird since his don't smell. Always been able to smell it, any ideas why, or is there something wrong with me? What am I smelling?

  • Am I pregnant? Very late and spotting?

I'm about two weeks past when I should have had my cycle and I'm spotting. Nothing major, just sort of annoying. I keep thinking it will come (it feels like it will) but nothing. I really want to be pregnant and haven't taken the test yet as I'm afraid I'm not. I plan on taking the test soon to find out, any ideas? I kinda need a pep talk here.

  • MN renters insurance?

Where can I find information about the number or percentage of renters that actually have renters insurance? I heard it was only like 10% of renters have renters insurance but I don't recall now where I heard that and now I need to know for a project. Info specifically for Minnesota or US averages would be the best! Thank you for your help!

  • Could my cat have a unrinary tract infection?

She still uses the litter box, she has two that I clean out every few days, and she still pees on my things. Just my things, not my husbands. For example, if I leave my clothes on the floor overnight, she will pee on them. She peed on her old cat bed that she always used to sleep in with our other cat, who has since passed away. So we bought her a new bed, she peed on that the night after we bought it. I don't know if she has an infection and we have an appointment tomorrow in case it is, but I almost think something else is going on, like she misses the other cat and is pissed at me. (No pun intended.) Any ideas would be appreciated. I've owned cats my entire life and never had this problem. She is 6 years old and given affection everyday!

  • Twin home info please? Noise, neighbors, etc...?

I am a first time home buyer and could easily afford a twin home, but I don't know much about them. I know the market is not great, but I'd rather buy and build some equity than continue to rent. To clarify, I would own half the house and live in that half, I would not own the other half. I'm adding a web address for clarity,

Any help or info is good!

  • Twin home, to buy or not to buy?

I'm a first time home buyer and I could easily afford a new twin home, what I'm asking is what is it like to live in a twin home? Can you here your your neighbors? Are they nice to live in? Are they worth having or should I wait until I can afford something else? I don't want to continue to throw my money away on rent and want to build equity. Any thoughts are appreciated.

  • Voice altering for dogs?

I am going to be adopting a Cardigan Welsh Corgi and was told that she had her voice altered because they are a breed that tends to be really vocal when they are board. What are the other benefits and or draw backs to voice altering? I don't need to hear its cruel as it was already done and very common in the breed.

    Thanks for your info.
