I read somewhere that steam considers all uses of a particular phone number to be the same account. what if my phone number changes? does that mean my account now belongs to someone else, and that I can't claim it with a new number?

I have a gpu which is apparently from 2013. I've been eyeing a cheap(~$110) gpu that is rated slightly higher.

my current GPU still works and probably will for some time.

is there any noticeable benefits to buying a new gpu?

I ve checked the normal user accessible parts, but it still insists there is a paper jam. when setting up it sounds like a part tries to move several times in rapid succession but doesn t succeed (i.e. "thnk thnk thnk....thnk thnk thnk thnk")

no matter how long the pencil is, the sharpener spins for a second and then stops,as though it detected the pencil reaches the end,and the light comes on. is there a problem with the sensor? tried cleaning the blades but no effect

the skin around the outside (but not further up than right around the opening) and inside is flaking and peeling off as though it had been sunburned. the rest of the face is not sunburned. I believe this may be affecting my sense of taste as well. what causes this and how can it be treated>

it seems like practically everything(even running some applications) require elevation in windows- to that point,it becomes almost pointless to even have a standard role. did Microsoft think it would be too confusing to give users more than 2 levels?

I saw that number somewhere and that sounds a bit low, it seems like people would be replacing their disk or losing their data every month. is it really that low and is there a reason for such a short lifespan?
