I am going on a military tdy, within the U.S. and will be there for 179 days. I am wondering if I can cancel my motor vehicle lease I have so I don't just have my vehicle sitting here. I have read from various sources that under SCRA protection, you can upon proof of orders, void your lease at no cost. Does anybody have the exact number of days you must be on orders for?

I have another 7 months on my DirecTv contract but I've heard that as of this week, they're raising their prices by roughly 10%, since I don't agree to this, do I have a legal right to cancel my contract with them with no early termination fee? I mean I have no complaints to DirecTv except for their prices, so can I do this or not? Thanks :)

There's a great possibility that I will be moving to the Schenectady/ Scotia NY area in the next week months. After looking online at some places, I have concluded that it is a little more expensive to live there versus my present area in Western New York. Does anybody have any recommendations on apartments that are relatively cheap but are also pretty nice? I have seen London Square and Fox Run so far, they are great looking but I would like some additional options. Thanks guys :)

In the Schenectady area for business and I'm looking to grab a few gifts for some friends and family back home. Looking for a place that offers local souvenirs or something. That type of thing. Not something like Target or Walmart. Any answers are appreciated.

Just recently picked this car up, it's a 99 Dodge Neon with the SOHC, anyway. The car was running fine until this evening when it literally had no power at all, including the door lights and all. So I assumed the battery was completely dead, although not sure why, I did jump it and as soon as I connected power to the battery, everything lit up. However, it did take a while to start. After that, if you turn it off, it goes back to not having any power. I'm assuming its the alternator? But I'm looking to get some additional input because I don't know a lot about Neons or cars in general.

Maybe it could be the battery? I don't really think so because when I give it power it does take it, I just think it's using all the battery when running and thus its drained when the key is turned off.

Happened about a week ago.

After the car goes above 30 or so for the first time after starting, the overdrive (O/D) light begins flashing and then doesn't stop until the car is turned off. It does not shift into 2nd or 3rd until it reaches a high rpm. Not sure what it could be. It has only 85,000 miles.

I've suspected maybe the O/D button is stuck or something because its missing off the shifting, or maybe the torque converter. Hope it just isn't the transmission itself.

Any help appreciated!

I was involved in a hit&run sideswipe about a week ago and since then my 03 Grand Am has been making a lot of noises around the wheels and underneath. The car that hit me was considerably smaller and hit my right front tire awfully hard. Whenever I drive the car it sounds very loud, like I can't even hear the motor running, after certain bumps it sounds like a grinding sound and when I open my window it sounds like a very loud whining sound. I suspect its a bearing but the sound cannot be pinpointed, it sounds like the entire front end of the car is messed up. I had the body shop look at it and they just estimated a $125 fix but I feel its more. I appreciate any help and/or answers. Thanks everyone.

I was working for Geico in a call center and no longer am because my supervisor told me I can choose the national guard or full time employment. This came up because I missed a drill weekend and one additional day of work. Do I have a valid reason to quit and get unemployment until I have a new job? I filed over a month ago and still haven't received any benefits, why is this?

For the last year and a half I've been having days where I feel nauseous like I'm about to vomit. Almost like needles are sticking into me. I can't eat anything unless I feel like I'm going to legit throw up. I feel weak like I can't grip anything tight. And thats really about all I can explain it as. I drink water regularly and eat healthy and regularly through the day. Any idea on what is wrong?

My bf thinks that I don't get enough sugar and I should try drinking more gatorade through the day or something with sugar/natural sugar.

Okay so I've noticed for a while now that I have these really annoying red dry areas on my face on each side of my nose. Only thing is it doesn't seem like a normal imperfection type mark. It looks almost like I had goggles on and got wind burn in that area but I didn't. Either that or it looks like I had an oxygen mask on and it just did something to my skin. It developed a while ago. I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) almost 3 years ago so could that have something to do with it? Thanks. I have tried lotions to cure the dryness and it helps but its still VERY red.

This has been a developing problem for the last few months for me. Everytime I move my jaw to my right or open too wide, sometimes chew.. the right side of my jaw clicks or pops I guess. I've put my finger on a spot a little bit below my ear and towards my cheek but I don't know what it is! I'm thinking it's TMJ but ain't positive. I'm in tech training for the USAF so I haven't had time to get it checked out. Any tips on getting rid of it would be helpful. Thanks!

I have an HP laptop with Windows 7 and for some reason my sound has stopped working. It worked fine when I plugged an HDMI cable in and the sound was going through the laptop and then the tv, then I unplugged it and it stopped. I tried going into the sound menu but it freezes half the time?

Also when I go into the menu where it shows my sound card, under volume mixer.. it says currently unavailable and when I do anything in that menu, it always freezes!?

I need a fix asap, if you have a solution please answer and I'll give you 10pts on this question and more!!!

Sure I've asked all my friends and now I think I'll ask more people with experience as well. Basically, I started dating a girl a few days ago and everything was great, we had talked non stop for an entire month before we got together, only because I usually get screwed over and I wanted to be sure this is both what we wanted, well then after I was sure and I got the feeling she was, I asked her and she said yes just instantly. Everything was great for a few days and then today, well yesterday afternoon she called me saying she needed more time and wasn't ready for a relationship, she had gotten out of a long term 2 year relationship 6 months prior to ours. She told me I'm a great guy and she just doesn't want me to get hurt...

Anyways, whats your guys' take on this? Obviously I'm gonna give her time and space but is there any other advice? No stupidity please, I'd appreciate actual answers.

Okay so I bought the game. I have the Sniper boost pack, the Kane boost pack, and then I also bought every +5 boost in the menu. So what can I do to make my character the best out of all that? I tried turning off the packs and applying the +5's and my attributes were lower than they were with the boost pack...? I mean, like what can I do to make my attribute higher then? Any help is appreciated.

I use Tazorac Gold for my acne, which it works great and all but the next day when I take a shower, my face dries up extremely fast. When its dry, it feels like plastic, like if I smile or make a face, even blink, my face peels like crazy, not to mention it hurts extremely bad. I was using a avon lotion but it has a slight burn to it and leaves my face red in some spots. Was wondering what I could do to stop it from drying out so bad and I'm hoping to get rid of the redness as well. I heard Cetaphil was good. Any recommendations?
