I've seen a decent-sized backpack worn by several people that's canvas in either navy, olive, or gray colors with leather trim and straps. Anyone know the company that makes this and where to buy them?

I had had a callus on the ball of my foot for about 2 weeks, and yesterday morning I woke up with an intense pain on the upper portion of that same foot. It hurts to walk on, bend the toes, and basically put any pressure on it. The only thing I can think of that may have caused it is this: the day before this happened, I was walking on this foot putting little pressure on the ball of it since it had the callus...this led to most of the pressure being put on the other side of this foot.

Does anyone know what this might be? What to do? I feel like I need crutches asap...walking is an ordeal!

I have a dress that is 97% cotton, 3% spandex and it shrunk a bit in the wash, so whenever I move, the back of the dress moves up. I realise this is probably a ridiculous question, but is there any way I can stretch it out or keep it from riding up?

Summer swimming has started a few weeks ago, but I have only been able to go to THREE practices so far. my coach signed me up to do a 50 m backstroke, but i am SO out of shape and i need work on my technique and flip-turns for this stroke. It is tomorrow morning and there is no more opportunities to ask the coach for help. Any advice????? Any foods loaded w/ carbohydrates and/or minerals to give me energy??

I just came back from swim practice feeling disgusted with myself and the way I look. Seeing the guy I like(at practice) for the first time in monthes pretty much confirmed my lameness. I feel so shy and have no confidence around him. I dont even know him! But I want to know him. I just feel so ugly and lame. I know it sounds ridiculous, but does anyone have ANY advice? I'd really appreciate it, thanks!

I have light brown hair that is shoulder length. I heard that you can comb lemon juice in wet hair, lay out in the sun, and then you will have highlights. Any advice on how to do this? I don't want to have bleach-blond highlights or anything.
