I've got this really bad problem with fear, its been going on for a few years now but its getting worse, there have been no noteworthy changes in my life, if anything its gotten a bit better.

Occasionally, usually at night and especially when i'm alone, i'll start getting scared. At first its unfocused fear but soon my mind starts wandering to completely unreasonable situations, sometimes things that would never logically happen, and other times things that couldn't physically happen, but during the fear i actually believe that these things might happen. The exact scenarios vary, but usually they involve me being tortured and sometimes killed, either realistically or supernaturally. I try to drive one scenario out of my head but its quickly replaces with another.

At the worst of times it takes all the mental effort i have to keep myself from breaking down and afterward, i usually feel really mentally exhausted.

Does anyone know what could be causing this, and how i could stop it?

Looking for animes similar to Death note, Code Geass, Liar Game, Dead+Brain, that kind of stuff, if you've read at least 2 of those you probably know what i mean. Battle of wits type stuff, with lots of logic and out thinking other people.

First of all, how does carbon dating work, or rather, how can they confirm that it works for sure? They say they can confirm that dinosaur bones are 65 million years old with carbon dating, but how can they confirm that carbon dating is accurate when testing things that old? Sorry if my question doesn't make sense, i'm having some trouble wording it.

He escape unpunished and due to a loophole in the law has escape having to face punishment, but he truly regrets what he did and is now a differant person, he is a good person. Would you forgive him? Would you WANT to forgive him?

i can host, and it seems everyone can join except my one friend. I've tried changing up my ports and getting him to change up his ports but thats just not working. has anyone else had a problem like this, or know how to fix it?

i was looking at another one of that one guys "why do women preach blah blah blah" questions and saw a lot of people saying you can't take the whole bible literally. If you can't that kind of thing in the bible literally, what part of the bible can you take literally?

I have a text file, and i need to make it a blank file, how can i do this in vista, while saving in notepad it only gives me the option to save it as a .txt

games that are free, you can play without any download, or maybe just with a small download, and are progressive, so that theres something you can build on overtime, like leveling or unlocking new features or something like that.

I'm using the gray fox helm, and beast of burden spell to feather myself for 450 points, but it seems that often one of both of there effects is durastically reduced, providing only something like 37 points of feather when it should be giving 200 or 250.

Occasionally it freezes and i often get the message that i should clean my disk, restart the xbox or go to a support website. I know oblivion is infamous for having problems, so do you know what i can do to fix it, will i have to get a new disk?

My brother is convinced that warm/hot water freezes faster for some reason, i've also heard this in a few other places, but scientifically, i just don't see how it makes any sense, i mean, if its warm water, it takes time to cool down to the temperature of the cold water, and then even longer to freeze, where as cold water only has the second passage to go.
