  • Let Equality flourish, the chips fall where they may. Agree?

Most people pay lip service to equality until they find out that true equality would put women on an equal par with men in reproduction and the legal system.

  • What is the Source of Male Power?

Saw this comment at a blog and thought it a compelling explanation for the so called patriarchy. Do you agree?

"Anyways, the real question is whether or not the evolutionary history of the human species has hard-wired our maleness/femaleness. See, much of what is called "patriarchy" is nothing more than the evolutionary history of female sexual selection. But we could end this patriarchy tomorrow. Wanna know how?

Wait for it ... wait for it ....

Every single successful, professional woman tomorrow goes out and finds some "grunt", hamburger flipper, dishwasher, gardener, taxi driver, etc. and initiates a romantic/sexual relationship with him. Within short order men would begin to understand that their social status had nothing to do with their success in attracting women, and the male quest for power, riches and glory would cease nearly overnight. This, of course, will never happen because the pre-cursors for these things are hard-wired into both male and female biologies,"

  • Is this rape?

    From a 1994 case.

This man claims he was raped by a woman while drunk and passed out at a party. Witnesses support his assertion and a doctor testified it was possible. For those that don't think it's possible, consider that "wet dreams" happen while a male is unconscious. I say he was raped. You? Also, should a man who is raped in this fashion, or a teen-age boy who is molested by an adult woman have to pay child support?

  • What are unintended consequences in law?

Would it be something similar to banning sweatshops in other countrys so the young girls who worked there became prostitutes and street hustlers to make money? Hasn't the US caused enough misery in the world?

From Wiki: "The absence of the work opportunities provided by sweatshops can quickly lead to malnourishment or starvation. After the Child Labor Deterrence Act was introduced in the US, an estimated 50,000 children were dismissed from their garment industry jobs in Asia, leaving many to resort to jobs such as "stone-crushing, street hustling, and prostitution." UNICEF's 1997 State of the World's Children study found these alternative jobs "more hazardous and exploitative than garment product

  • Is This Equality At Work?

Orange County Superior Court Judge Ronald L. Bauer just signed a settlement agreement ordering Club Med to pay National Coalition of Free Men attorney Alfred Rava of San Diego over $400,000.00 in attorneys' fees, plus other monetary sums, in settlement of a 257-member class action against Club Med for discriminating against men by giving free or reduced airfare only to women but not to men.

  • Is this a Double Standard?

It seems every time a woman hiccups seven new federal programs are initiated to study female hiccups. The accompanying link shows men commit suicide at a rate 4 times that of women, yet there isn't even a whisper in Congress. Would feminists be up in arms if the stats were reversed?

  • Has Ron Paul's Constitutional Campaign swayed you?

The Constitution is a contract between The People and Sovereign Individuals. Ron Paul intends to put gov't back on track by enforcing the wording of that contract and not having lawyers determine the meaning of the word "is". Has his position drawn you to his campaign or put you off?

  • What is the biggest feminist lie you remember?

I'm doing an internet article on feminism and the media and need people's responses to gauge the effectiveness of feminist campaigns in the media.
