I am currently enlisted in USAF Reserve and understand the best answers would be from a recruiter but I am looking to cross train to either TACP or CCT.

I was in a car wreck last year that put a plate in my arm, Once I was healed I was cleared by my unit to continue work. I'm assuming I will need a medical waiver from a Dr. to enter either of these careers? or am I DQ'd. These are the career fields I really want to do.

This is what I see, Strutts are rusty, and I have metal on metal grinding but the rotars don't look bad. I want to spend 300.00+ eventually to replace all 3 but I am a Reservist and not on 30 days orders so I get paid about 2 weeks after the fact these last 2 months so money is tight until back to my civilian job. Would it be wise to get my pads changed right now and do the rest in 3 weeks I get my money?

I have a military drivers liscence that states I can drive tractor trailer trucks, also 4k, 6k, 10k, 10k AT, NGSL, 3T Mercedez Benz, 5T Duece 1/2, and other large vehicles. Because of my liscence stating I am qualified to drive a rig, would I just be able to test at a CDL station and not have to sit through the 3 week class to get it.

Hello, I am in the USAF Reseves and I was just put on orders a few days ago to kind of help me out financial beause I lost my job. Here is my question, if I was able to obtain a job inside the time frame of my orders which end of 9/30 and but I got the job on say 9/12, would it be possible for me to get off orders to work my civilian job? If not, if this job wanted to hire me and I informed them I was currently on orders until the 30th but wanted me to start that week and I was denied the job because of this reason would It go against the law that prevents employers from getting rid of reservist?

Side not if I have not options hopefully I will be able to work something out. The job is from 2-11, I'm sure I can get off an hour or 2 early from Reservist work and just show up at 3-4 hopefully

My water heater blew but I am a little under financial restraint. I would like to know if I could temporarily bypass my water heater and get room temperature water.

Why can't we just drill for our own oil off of the Gulf, California, ANWAR, Wyoming, Texas and anywhere else we have oil... Why don't we switch the Nuclear Power plants for our home and business electricity and use our Coal for Coal to Oil. Hitler was able to make Coal to oil for less then 20.00 a barrel. I am pretty sure the country with the most coal reserves can come up with a swift idea to do it as well.

I have 2 PCI-E Video Cards. One is an HD Card for my TV and another is a NVIDIA 9800GTX+ going to be used on a smaller monitor/tv in my room as the other is for the living room (through the wall)

Will they both work and boot up and I can use them both at the same time?

I have been signed up for a few months now and my information is in DEERS. I have my date for Basic and wanted to go get my ID card for Gym and Commissary usage. I talked to the AFPC (they where not very helpful really). I talked to the Visitor Center, they said I need my "Orders" would that be the paperwork with my Basic training date and would I be able to get this from my recruiter?

Ok, I joined the Air Force Reserves a couple months ago but I won't be going to basic till next year till late spring. Is it possible for me to change this and go to Active Duty into a different career or am I stuck? And if so what do I need to do or could someone just lead me into the right direction.
