I moved in to my home a year ago. The first weeks went by great. It all seemed like a quiet and calm neighborhood. It is, except for my crazy neighbor.

One morning he was walking down the street dragging a shovel on the asphalt. the following afternoon he was watering the road. WTF? IKR

The following week he watered his roof. He must of been on some serious stuff. A few weeks ago he made holes on the fence, broke some pieces of wood down for no reason. He Told me not to lay nothing against his fence and to build my own fence.

The next day he removed the shingles from his roof. Cops say they can't do much since he's not hurting anyone, and they're right. But why wait until he harms someone? It might be too late if that happens.

There's more stuff he's done but it will take forever to write it down. What can I do? How can I have someone evaluate his unstable behavior and put him somewhere away form society?

A week ago I got this pain on the right side of my head, which can I only feel if I shake my head. Feels like if my brain was loose. This passed Tuesday I went to the doctor since the pain wouldn't go away. He said that I have an ear infection, which is causing the pain. He prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. So far nothing has changed, and I noticed a the right side of neck is swollen, right behind my right ear. My question is, can an ear infection cause my neck to swell and and cause the pain on my head? I feel no pain on my ear. Should I consider a different Dr?

I'm 27 and recently got my legal residency in the U.S.

Currently I have a Washington's drivers license which I got when I was 18. Now I need to apply for a new California DL, and my question is the following. Do I have to take the written and driving tests again to receive a CA DL, when I already have a Washington's DL? I can't seem to find concrete proof of taking or not taking the California DL tests. My 2002 Chevy Malibu has given me quite a few problems with the intake gasket and overheating problems as well. I have taken my vehicle to the shop for the second time in the passed 6 months for overheating issues. Recently last week I took the car to a shop and had the mechanic replace the intake gasket and water pump since both had failed. The mechanic told me the cause for the intake gasket to crack and leak coolant is the orange coolant itself, and that he recommends me to flush it and add the regular green coolant. He also said he had issues with a Chevy vehicle and replacing the orange coolant with the green coolant fixed the common intake gasket failures. So my question is, is it safe to switch from orange to green coolant? I'm not that good with cars, to be honest I don't like working on vehicles, so I never pay attention on how to fix anything on them. Back to my question, will any internal parts be damaged if I switch to green coolant or is it ok to use green coolant instead of the orange one?

A few days ago my PC just didn't boot, I checked the cables made sure everything was plugged in correctly and no luck. I removed the PSU dust off the fans re-installed everything except the fan controller and only connected one fan (exhaust fan). Problem solved, I suppose. The next day I connected the fan controller and the other 3 fans and my computer booted correctly. This morning same problem, again. I removed the fans and fan controller, unplugged the 24pin mobo connector re-connected it back in. I tried booting without fan controller or any fans except for the system fan and it didn't boot. I left my PC sit there and now a few hours later it boots. Any ideas what the problem night be? Also, the first time this happened my clock time changed to an earlier time, just the clock not the date, and today the clock time was not correct either. CMOS battery, PSU, or is my problem being caused by the fan controller? Any help is appreciate it thanks!

I have an Acer Aspire 5736z-4460 windows 7, a few days ago it crashed no idea why. I ordered the recovery CDs and now that I have them and try to boot from CD it won't boot from it. I can't boot into safe mode either, it loads but just stays at the windows logo "Starting Windows" screen. I changed the boot order, boot from CD drive etc... and still no results. Any help I would appreciate it.

A few days ago I went to the doctor, apparently I had or I still have bronchitis. The same bronchitis was causing fever, headaches, and high blood pressure. I feel better now, except I keep coughing a lot. I read the cough can last up to 6 weeks. I really don't want to go to the doctor for the 3rd time since I don't have insurance. The phlegm has become thinner each day, I hardly cough up phlegm now. The medicine he prescribed is running out, I still have plenty prescribed antibiotic. Now my question is, if I can buy over the counter medication like mucinex to help me get rid of the cough and phlegm, and if I can should I keep taking the antibiotic along with mucinex?

Any help I would appreciate it I really need to get some sleep!

I usually get phone calls from different bank of america agents, usually I say Im not home. They're response is always the same we'll try again later.

They don't call back when they said they would and how do I know is exactly from bank of america?

Today I got a call again and they said. ''Were calling on behalf of wells fargo bank, I mean Bank of America''

Are this calls really from my bank which is bank of america?

A friend of mine gave me his laptop. I used most of the parts for some repairs. All I have now is the keyboard, fans, and the screen. I read that the screen can be converted (modified) to work as an external monitor using some sort of adapter. If its possible, any idea on how to do it? The laptop is a gateway MT6705. Any help I appreciate it.

My laptop slows down at random times, causing it to freeze and crash. The fan has been running a lot louder than usual. And the temperature in the room rises since i have other things around the room turned on at the same time. Is it possible that it might be overheating I just want to be sure before replacing the fan.

I installed some neon lights on my room, using an ac adapter. I connected every positive with positive cables and negative with negative cables. I want to add a switch to it but I have doubt on where should the switch go in the red wire (power) or black (ground). The adapter has an input of 120 vac 60hz and the output of 12vdc.

The neon lights run on 12v.

Or is there is another way to power up the lights?

I've been getting a pain across the right side of my head, it starts in my forehead (right side) and ends up at the back of my head (right side) It doesn't happen often, at random time if I bend down to pick something and by the time im up the pain hits my head and right away goes away. I get really frustrated when I have the day off and thats when it happens te most when Im at home doing nothing. Can the stress be causing the pain. Any help please!

I have an HP laptop with Vista OS I haven't had any problems with it. Windows 7 is being released on october as far as I have read articles about it. I need a new computer should I wait for the release of windows 7 or stick with vista. Articles say windows 7 will be better than vista and I have no idea what to do either wait or just buy it with vista.

I use the at&t 2wire modem and at random times it looses signal for no apparent reason. I checked every connection make sure everything is plugged in properly from the phone jack to the filter from the modem to my computer. I runned a scan and no viruses also if I let windows check for a solution says windows can't fix the problem that its a technical issue from my ISP. I contacted my ISP but they say Im receiving 100% of the signal. it happens at random times after the connection gets lost right away I get my signal back. Does any one know what can it be? any help I would appreciate.

Can some one tell me what blue means and what does it 13 number mean, and what meaning red and its 14 has towards gang members? I had it already you can't go out wearing red or blue cause you'll get shot. Not long ago two kids got shot one of them died the other made it to the hospital but died a few days later. The kid who died that same day he got shot, if that wasn't enough his mom and sister got killed too for no reason. Gang members of the opposite side followed his sister and mother and killed them and they have nothin to do with what ever was going on. The mother didn't even knew her son was death. A friend of mine got shot accidently by a lost bullet, some gang members were trying to kill someone else and my friend got shot for no reason, he was sitting on his car waiting for his brother to come out of the store when a group of gangsters were shooting at each other, well one of those bullets hit my friend. So can any one tell me what the F*ck is it that they're fighting for? I don't get it.

The light signals on my car don't work at random times, they just don't turn on at all. Also the emergency light stay on for a couple of seconds and turn off, high beam wont turn on either. Now not always is this way most of the time the lights work fine but at a certain point they stop working. Sometimes they just start working properly again. I checked the fuses and make sure every single one is tight enough any idea of what it might be?

A friend of mine wants to sell his computer, honestly he has no idea what a computer is, but anyway the computer its an HP desktop, I can't remeber the model for now. It has a 250 Gb hard Drive and 1 GB RAM (memory) AMD 64 AthlonX2 and Nvidia graphics card. With windows vista home premium.

By the way the computer is infected with I don't know how many viruses, since he has been downloading limewire constantly, after I told him not to. He disabled the firewall I installed on his computer so he could watch his stuff and log in to certain websites. He is not willing to pay for the system restore So how much do you think his computer its worth? I think 200 dollars.
