When using it in recipes like Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake, is there a difference?
between canned or bagged sauerkraut? And if there is, why is there a difference? Is it because one type tastes better?
I'm asking because the recipe for "Don't Ask, Don't Tell Cookies" in the Joann Fluke novel *Cream Puff Murder: A Hannah Swensen Mystery* calls for 2 cups of sauerkraut rinsed, drained and chopped into smaller pieces.

4 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoWhy was FANTASIA removed from the 2007 version of the AFI's 100 Greatest films of all time list?
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AFI%27s_100_Years..._... , FANTASIA, th 58th film in the original 1998 list, was removed from the 1oth Anniversary edition of the list in 2007. What reason did AFI give for this removal? I'm askung because one film in the list, whch deserved to be removed (The Birth of a Nation by DW Griffiths) was removed, but compared to that film, FANTASIA deserved to stay on the list (at least in my opinion).

1 AnswerSt. Louis1 decade agoWhat does it mean to be 'dressed to the nines' and where did this phrase originate?
I often see this phrase in books. Most recently I saw it in "Puss n'Cahoots" a Mrs. Murphy mystery by Rita Mae Brown and Sneaky Pie Brown and in a late chapter of Turn Coat by Jim Butcher where his title character, Harry Dresden, said something along the lines of 'while most wizards take themselves seriously enough to dress to the nines, Ebenezar McCoy was wearing a pair of farmer's overalls...' or something like that.
