We have a octagon shaped, imitation, stained glass window in our house. It was installed about 25 years ago. The paint is faded and peeling. The paint is on the exterior side. Any advice on how to restore the beauty to this window?

i have a Radio Shack AA battery charger; my current batterys no longer hold a charge. i am thinking about buying new ones as my camera uses batterys very fast. Will my Radio Shack battery charger only charge Radio Shack nickle-metal hydride batterys? Or will other brands work in it?

I am considering buying this sewing machine. $74.95 from Wal-Mart. Mostly i would use it to hem or patch blue jeans or minor alterations to clothing. Anyone familiar with this model. Will it work for what I have in mind?

What area are you located in? In central Wisconsin USA very little planting is done. We have not planted a seed yet. It's getting to be a very big problem.

Our 7 month old English shepherd pup can not ride in a vehicle without, throwing up, peeing and drooling all over everything. i swear there are times she looks green when she is in a car. i am thinking about taking her to obedience classes and don't like the idea of her messing up the car every week. Would it be better for her to ride in her crate? (not just because of the clean-up involved, but would she feel better?) Any suggestions?

I asked about a month ago, how many of you were experiencing the drought. In central Wisconsin we have had about 2 and 1/2 inches of rain in august. It is still very dry here; the corn is a mess, hay fields not producing any more cuttings. Looks like this old farmer is going to have to seek some off the farm employment :(

Are you a USA farmer, that is experiencing drought conditions on your farm? Where are you located? How severe is it? Is it affecting your long range plans on your farm? We are in central WI. and bone dry. the corn is valiantly trying to grow. Our second cutting of hay was not even worth the effort of harvest. Pastures are shot, we need a good long soaking rain desperately. PRAY FOR RAIN!!

Are they still on the show? Did they really kill off Star's little girl? After they cancelled AMC and OLTL I chose to not get involved in any more soaps.

Tragically lost my good cow dog. Starting over. what has been your experience. Have had heelers and a Border Collie cross. Some have been better than others. Have you ever had an English shepherd?

Not an English Sheepdog, shepherd. Was it strictly a companion, or as a working dog and if working what species of animals. How's the temperament and watch dog ability?

Our veterinarian examined this heifer and said because the hernia(located in her navel) is soft we should take a cut in half tennis ball and tape it in place by using duct tape round and round her belly. she says it would heal in 3 to 4 weeks. I'm skeptical because i have never heard of doing this before. Please answer only if you have livestock experience.

After 36 years of watching soaps(AMC and OLTL) I believe today is my final day of watching soaps. I feel more sad, over losing OLTL than AMC, maybe because when AMC ended I still had OLTL.. . . . . .. .. . . . . sigh, it's over.

ABC didn't listen to us when we asked them to leave our soap alone. So I figure they didn't listen to me, why should I watch them!

We are guessing that it has a wore out or a stretched belt. It seems to be running o.k. No screeching so we don't think it's a bearing. Have you ever changed a belt in a dryer? Is it difficult? It's too old to have a professional fix it. Advice?
