Since my ExHusband left 5 years ago i have found it increasingly difficult to cope fianancially. I have met a new man and have moved in with him. However the former marital home is crippling me fianancially. I have it up for sale at the lowest possible price but have had no luck in selling it. How do I go about handing the keys back to the mortgage lender? I know i will still be liable for mortgage payments until they sell it but will other costs IE Gas/Electric/Council tax and water rates be taken care of by the building society? (I have already had the 6 months free council tax which apparently is the maximum available) My ex husband pays nothing towards the house and despite earning around 90K only pays 300 a month maintainence for my young son. (I am looking into CSA but it is difficult due to him working for offshore companies on the Rigs) Thankyou for your help

Hi Im hoping you can help me. Im trying to clean a carpet that has a very large amount of Blood/Vomit on it. Ive got the stain out and it looks back to normal now but the smell is appalling! Ive tried Bicarbonate of soda,Dettol,Zafflora,Wash powder,Ariel stain remover and carpet shampoo. Has anyone any other ideas? It smells like rotting meat. Thanks in advance.

My boyfriends daughter is 23 years old. She has been missing since late yesterday evening and her mobile phone is swithched off. I only met her yesterday for the first time. I dont know any of her family or friends. When she left me yesterday she was in a happy mood. She was going to visit her grandad and then going round to her friends for a drink. Daft question I know but how expensive are the tourist attractions in Rome. Im planning 4 days in Rome and want to pack in as much as i can. How expensive are the tourist attractions/travel etc over there? (my normal holiday destinations are in Egypt and very cheap!) I dont want to find myself there without enough funds to see everything! There will be 2 adults and one child traveling.

Hi. My husband left early this year. Before leaving he persuaded me to increase the morgage to pay off some loans thet were in his name only. He promised to pay the morgage for 5 years. He then said 2 years. Infact he never paid it at all. He has only given me basic child support as per CSA guidlines. And he has defaulted on that a couple of times. He now tells me he is likely to go bankrupt shortly. His name is on the morgage. The building society wont take his name off the morgage as they say i cant aford it... even though it is me alone who has paid it for the last 9 months. My question is what will happen to the house in the event of his bancrupcy? Who will be responsible for finding My young son and I a home? I cant aford to see a solicetor they charge too much. I have a new partner and he is willing to sell his house and buy this one. Is it likely the reciever and building society will give my partner time to sell his house? Thankyou.

Hi. My estranged husband told me a year ago he didnt love me and was moving away to be with his first wife.(They were divorced before i met him 18 years ago).

I met a wonderful man via the internet last October. We started out as Penfriends and our feelings have developed since then. We talk for an average of 2 hours a day and have met lots of times. We get on very well and I plan to move 200 miles to be with him. We have talked a lot about our feelings for each other and the future and know its what we both want. I have a 10 year old son and my new man and he get along very well. My problem is How to tell my parents I am moving away? I know they will dissapprove and wont want me to sell up and move. They have met my new man but didnt really welcome him with open arms. I am not yet divorced from my ex and i guess this may have a bearing on their feelings. Im 45 so i know i shouldnt really worry about my parents reaction but i have to say im a bit scared of them! Thankyou for your help.
