4 months ago I put in an offer on a short sale home.

almost 2 months later my offer was approved.

about 2 weeks ago my loan app. was approved and my set closing date was today, the 27th of January.

Just last night I heard that one of the liens on the home wasn't cleared. I heard from the person in charge of titles that they were waiting on that other lien to clear.

I have a few questions.

1. what are my rights as a first time home buyer?

2. is this normal? Shouldn't the liens have cleared after my offer was approved?

3. How much longer will this take? It's already been 4 months.

I'm half packed, I took time off from work. It was supposed to close today. Why am I being dicked around?

I'm 25 and my husband and I would like to look at cheap houses that were foreclosed and now the banks own them.

I can't seem to find a legit website or info regarding this.

I rent right now so we would be first time homebuyers.

my hair is almost shoulder length. My natural color is a medium brown-ish. The rest of my hair was colored black with permanant dye. I haven't colored my hair since July but now that it's growing I would like to try something different.

Maybe a chocolate brown with colorful purple streaks?

My aunt does hair for a living and I've colored my own hair since I was 12. I like to try new looks.

My lil white mouse has a red and swollen ear. could it be an infection? She is over 2 years old. I put neosporin in her ear to try to help her. I hope she's not in pain. She's running in her wheel like normal.

any first aid advice would be great, or maybe some type of food that can help her?

I'm worried I know mice don't live long, but I love my mousey.

I'm 24 and I have light/olive skin. I get occasional acne and some blackheads. Anyone have any tips on keeping skin nice? preventing wrinkles?

My mom is almost 60 and has nice skin, but her neck is all flabby under her chin. I don't want wrinkles or neck/chin flab.

I own a 2000 Mercury Mystique. I was driving home from work and suddenly my car made a loud noise from the back and when i pressed on the gas it felt like the back part of my car was dragging. i pulled into a parking lot and had it towed to a local repair shop. I'll know tommorrow what it is for sure but i'm afraid it could be very expensive or something serious.

I've been wanting another tattoo for years. I finally decided to get Super Mario because I love him so much. I'm thinking of Raccoon mario on my right upper arm or right shoulder.

But I also love frog suit Mario and Bee Mario...and don't get me started on the Goombas!!! soo cute.

Hello. My black cat Zooey is 6 years old. two months ago I took him to the vet because he kept running to the litterbox to urinate way more than normal. Vet told me he had a bladder infection and crystals in the bladder. Zooey was on antibiotics and he's on special food(Royal Canin,prescription food). Well about 3 weeks ago he started puking. He'll be fine for 2 or 3 days and then early in the morning or late at night he'll vomit everywhere. Zooey's not constantly puking, just every couple days. Sometimes he throws up hair, sometimes he throws up food. If this keeps up I'll call the vet soon, but I thought I could use some feedback from other cat owners. I'm worried It could be something serious. Cats are so hard to understand.

My father in law has an old J. Chein Disney Melody player.

Not much is known about it. It's in great shape, Tin,has disney characters painted on it. has a crank handle. Plays nice music and the scrolls are changeable. It looks like a very rare toy and we were wondering how much it could sell for. We were geussing it's from the 1930's. and I know J. Chein made alot of tin toys back then. can someone please help!?
